Receiving a cancer diagnosis is one of the most difficult things you will ever experience. With it comes a wave of emotions that can leave you feeling alone, afraid, and overwhelmed.

As a Cancer Support Coach I help people like you, who are living with cancer, to develop strategies around lifestyle and mindset.

Perhaps you are in active cancer treatment, or maybe you have finished all the treatments and you have been told to go ahead and "live your life"

The medical system got you to here, you have a team that offered support along the way, but moving through the cancer process and the post-cancer life is up to you to figure out.

Pretty overwhelming, right?

Especially considering the physical, emotional, and mental trauma you have likely experienced. Fear and uncertainty holds you back from showing up FULLY in your life.

It's not that you don't want to reclaim or even restart your life.

It's that you don't know how to do it alone and without living a life of uncertainty and maybe even fear.

I want you to know that it is not impossible. As a cancer survivor myself I have worked hard to take back control of my life. And, as a certified holistic cancer coach I am here to help you do the same.

Body:Your Physical Self 


Bodily health is made possible by a healthy diet, good nutrition, and regular exercise. Building up your body is important before, during, and after cancer.

Mind: Your Mindset


Someone with a healthy mindset can learn to manage stress, worry, and anxiety. Navigating cancer requires a positive mindset, and mindfulness practices to reduce stress and anxiety.

Spirit:Your Reason


Being spiritual is being centred and having an understanding that you are part of something much bigger than yourself. A healthy spirit requires love, self care, and an understanding that you are not alone.

What you expect from me as your coach:

We work together one on one for 6 months at a time.

This gives us time to uncover what you need, to process where you are, and to create lifestyle habits that will support you.

We meet every week, just the two of us, for one hour.

This time together allows you to share what you need and for us to discover together any thoughts or feelings that can be addressed so you can keep moving forward.

We create lifestyle habits to support your health and happiness.

Even the smallest changes can have a huge impact on your life. Through making changes in your body, mind, and spirit you can discover more about yourself and what you can do to support yourself. I help you uncover what you need and support you in bringing those changes into your life.
